RPM International Inc. has named David C. Dennsteadt as president and chief operating officer, effective July 17, 2026. As president and chief Operating officer, he will oversee RPM’s operating groups and corporate development activities. Dennsteadt has held several leadership roles since starting as an engineer with the RPM’s Stonhard business in 1995. He served as group president of RPM’s Performance Coatings Group (PCG) from 2018 to 2025, when he was elected RPM executive vice president. Dennsteadt holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Read More…

Lubrizol and Grasim Inaugurate Plant in India

Lubrizol, together with Grasim Industries Limited, inaugurated a Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) resin manufacturing facility in Vilayat, Gujarat, in India. According to the company, the new plant, along with the recently enhanced CPVC compounding capacity at Lubrizol’s Dahej facility, creates one of India’s most scalable and integrated CPVC manufacturing footprints, reinforcing leadership in high-performance plumbing and piping solutions.
